Technical support is included in the annual license fee. After the initial year, perpetual licenses require the annual maintenance fee to continue receiving technical support. Technical support is available by telephone and facsimile services during regular business hours and through email.

Technical support includes:

  • Advice on overall problem set up
  • Analysis of all input files
  • Comments on the suitability of license-generated grids
  • Advice on the feasibility and approach taken by licensee to implement new features
  • Code upgrades within the Version number

Technical support does NOT include:

  • Application work (i.e. running flow analysis problems for the user)
  • Grid generation and post-processing of results
  • Code modification work for the user
